Rates
- $150 per hour for Psychotherapy
- $160 per hour for Initial Intake Session
Psychological Testing Rates vary by reason for referral and extent of testing required.
Insurance
We have chosen to remain out-of-network, meaning that we do not submit claims to insurance and that the full fee is payable at the time of your appointment. However, we can provide a “super bill” (statement of services) that includes all diagnostic information and CPT codes that document what you have paid for. You may independently choose to submit super bills to your insurance; it is possible that some of the services may be covered in part by your health insurance with your out-of-network benefit.
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I also accept payment via my HIPAA-compliant secure client portal.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
