Licensed in 2009, Dr Joe is also member of the National Register of Health Service Psychologists. He has experience working with a wide range of clients of various racial, and ethnic backgrounds.
As a 1st generation American, Dr. Joe is tuned in to the acculturation challenges faced by immigrants during their path to citizenship.
Dr. Joe’s expertise has been applied to outpatient, inpatient, medical, forensic, and impoverished locations. He also assists with social media influence and is a consultant for entertainment psychology.
His patients include the parents of older teenagers, as well as general adults, who are struggling with COVID-19 global pandemic anxiety, technology addiction, social media stress, as well as adults who have longstanding boundary problems.
Dr. Joe holds certification in the advanced treatment of complex trauma and anger, and is a National Health Service Provider Psychologist.
Dr. Paciarelli is an expert in the management of stress, the impact of cancer, social anxiety, grief counseling, loss, severe depression, losing connection, as well as recovering from and coping with medical problems.
As a psychologist he also conduct’s psychological testing and therapy for spinal cord stimulator implantation, bone marrow transplant, transgender reassignment surgery & related therapies, capacity for decision making, as well as complex psychological diagnosis.
He has led workshops on cognitive assessment of geriatric population and management of narcissistic manipulation and advanced trauma.
